The agency will let you know the exact pickup time and place the day before your tour, around 3 PM.
You will be picked up right from your hotel in Casablanca, so be ready in the hotel lobby at the time given.
You can bring your luggage, and it will be safely stored in the van while you camp in the desert.
In winter, they provide warm blankets, but I suggest you bring warm clothes to sleep in because it can get very cold, down to 0°C.
